I'm a sociologist and ethnographer, with a background in community development.

I'm interested in support networks, friendship, social infrastructure, family practices, migration and mobilities.

 

I've worked on health and social research projects on diverse topics with young people, families, community groups, campaign organisations and decision makers to help improve policy and practice.

 

I teach on undergraduate and postgraduate modules at UCL Social Research Institute and UCL Institute of Health Informatics, specalising in qualitative research methods.
